Issue 02 will explore food across timelines – past, present and future. To inform this issue, we’re seeking submissions of physical and digital artefacts that represent “Australian” food to you – one old, and one new.

Think receipts, notes, menus, packaging, old newspaper/magazine clippings, photos, jam jars, you name it.

Physical artefacts will be buried as part of a 10-year time capsule, to be reopened in 2036. Digital submissions will live in an evolving online portal, updated as new contributions come in.
